Objectives to be achieved: Continuous raise of professional training Research studies regarding the present condition of the average employee in small or medium sized enterprises Creation of a group of employees to be observed and given advice regarding work relations and private life, in collaboration with the managing directions of enterprises, non-governmental organizations and even municipalities Final remarks and recommendations regarding the best solutions for a better life for employees Using of modern tools in communication
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Joint studies and exchange of views regarding the life and working conditions for average employees in private enterprises Joint questionnaire regarding SME employees’ working environment and private life At least 2 meeting in both countries Studies visits in both countries Exchange of employees belonging to  the target group Development and application of new solutions to the people’s problems
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Case studies in both countries Final joint report regarding the theme of the project Selection of the best practice models in order to be developed in both countries Creation of an IT platform for communication between the groups involved. Joint report to be presented to the governments and trade unions of the two countries.
