Fighting unemployment is a common task for countries within the EU. As the municipality has the ultimate responsibility for their citizens, many who fall into a sense of exclusion and must be given financial assistance to survive. The project seeks to develop and test new innovations alternative methods and ways of working together with individuals to reach an employment or attending a training course.

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The transnational activities will focus on sharing experiences, getting reflections on our work and to investigate what activities / practices that could work in several EU countries at a local level.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC:
developed innovative methods;
50% of all participants shall reach an employment or education;
development of cooperation between businesses and the community to helpindividuals to training and employment
