15 % of workers feel uncomfortable for a day at work and the majority of these also have poor health.
The communication between leaders and workers is not god enough.
Consensus is low between management and safety in view of the systematic work environment management works.
Objectives to be achieved: Implement in the healthconditions with the systematic environmental work. Equaliy and accessibility will be focused on.Get better environment and health for workers.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Compare notes. Interchange methods, activities, rolls of instructers. To increase chanses for the companies to welcome staaf from other.
