Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
- deficiency of cooperation between social and commercial enterprises;
- difficulties in carrying out business activities by social enterprises;
- low level of knowledge of businessmen and social entrepreneurs on how to work together.
Objectives to be achieved: - to implement innovative solutions in terms of developing tools for cooperation between social economy entities (SEE) and commercial companies in the context of: possibilities of business cooperation, joint client, developing local cooperation / cluster networks; - to promote social responsibility of business in the context of utilizing human resources available in a given environment; - to develop social responsibility of communities in the context of taken consumer decisions.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): - CSR promotion by way of presenting good practices; - organization of workshops / study visits at the Partner’s premises; - adaptation of solutions; - expert advisory.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: - to learn and implement solutions applied by a transnational Partner in terms of tools for cooperation between social economy entities (SEE) and commercial companies, developing social responsibility of communities in the context of taken consumer decisions; - to adapt solutions in terms of supporting of social enterprises from Wielkopolska Region in carrying out their business activities (at least 5 social enterprises) and developing CSR strategy (including cooperation with social enterprises) in commercial companies from Wielkopolska Region (at least 5 enterprises).
