Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Polish vocational training system doesn’t include employers’ opinion on educational programme planning. Therefore students during their apprenticeship, which is an obligatory part of studying in vocational high school in Poland, or even graduates aren’t well prepared for their duties at work. This problem can be solved by adapting a model of trilateral cooperation between employers, vocational schools and students. British model of vocational training involves employers on preparing educational and apprenticeship programme and is proven to be effective. That is why the Project includes transnational cooperation with a British partner.
Objectives to be achieved: The extensive transnational objective is to benefit from the experience of the foreign partner and to develop model solutions for students’ vocational training. After such training students should be able to enter the labour market successfully.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): 1. Organising and conducting of the study visit for leader’s and polish partners’ representatives at foreign partner’s.2. Organising and conducting of the study visit for foreign partner’s representatives at leader’s.3. Adapting foreign partner’s good practice and developing common solutions (work team meetings) concerning the dissemination step.4. Preparation and publishing of publication in Polish, concerning effects of foreign partner’s good practice adaptation.
