Project ASD-resource (To See Hidden Resources) is a project in collaboration with the Habilitation of Gotland. The project aims to develop the skills of staff in their professional encounter people with neuropsychiatric disabilities and especially those with Asperger's syndrome or as a medical diagnosis in the future will be called, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The levels of training provided is at the individual level, the staff meets the target group, all from preschool, school, social insurance, Social services, Health services, Employment Service, other activities to the employees in the private sector. Through training of staff creates good conditions for evidence-based and operating methods, which in turn probably contributes to both high quality as the satisfaction of the work situation.
