Cooperation in the subject work family conflict, different social expectations, glass ceiling, glass escalator, internal barriers.
Objectives to be achieved: The project aims to Policy of equality of employment, develop mechanisms to counter discrimination against women in the labor market.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange experiences, stydy visits, lectures, conferences and practice.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Exchange of experiences to develop new solutions for combating discrimination against women.
