Men and women with mental, physical or social difficulties will work in a rehabilitative, nature oriented environment, ‘green jobs’. (Gardens, Greenhouses etc.)
Objectives to be achieved: Better health, vocational training, validation of knowledge and to get closer to or enter the labour market.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of experience both methods in the projects, and participants by short internship or exchange.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Incread strategic impact also locally, increased awareness of sustainable development and increased awareness of the participant by new experiences, development of methods.
