Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The Stockholm region will be inspired, re-equipped and prepared for the next programming period in order to meet the objectives of the EU 2020 and the Baltic Sea Strategy.
A competency platform will be created for the collaboration that has an impact on an inclusive labor market in Stockholm.

We will offer participation in European networks in the areas of:
- poverty and social exclusion,
- employment and labor market mobility,
- entrepreneurship and social innovation,
- Romasituation.

The focus of the networks is a knowledge and experience exchange between countries, projects and organizations and identify potential project ideas for the next Structural Funds period. Learning trips to the Baltic Sea region is implemented and excellence from there will be invited to Stockholm.

Our cooperation partners so far are;
Employment Service, Stockholm County Council, County Administrative Board of Stockholm, Association of England, Coompanion, Handisam, Growth Board,Management Academy, Stockholm City Mission, Youth Board, Stockholm UniversityInnovation AB, Left is right, Municipalities: City of Stockholm, Södertälje, Järfälla Lidingo, Nacka, Solna, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Heidelberg, Värmdö.

 

Objectives to be achieved: Al kind of exchange that makes it easier to set up future projects and disseminating project results. Especially in areas of the four networks, primarily in the area around the Baltic Sea.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Skills Program:- conferences, seminars and lectures.The content has been designed with the needs surveys and focus groups with project collaboration partners. Examples of topics include: - knowledge of the EU in 2020, - the Baltic Sea Strategy, - the EU's funds and programs, - intercultural dialogue, - international networks, - transnational collaborations in practice - examples and ideas, - Brussels english/ project language.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Input to the development of working methods.
