Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
The project is thought to solve the problem of the “lost generation” of young, well qualified people, who cannot find a job. The problem mainly concerns young people who have finished higher studies in humanities. The idea is to show the participants of the project, that not only should they search for a position in Poland, but also try abroad. We would like to create the possibility of transnational mobility of white-collar workers who cannot find a job in Poland, but can easily obtain similar position abroad. The same rules will apply to our partner, because problem of lost generation is not only a polish case but is quite visible among young people around the Europe.
Objectives to be achieved: Main objective is to deliver to white-collar workers information about similar positions abroad with the precise descriptions of requirements to meet. Secondary objectives will be vocational trainings and coaching combined with training period abroad.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Apprenticeships, vocational trainings abroad for polish citizens and in Poland for other UE countries citizens.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: 20 apprenticeships abroad, 20 apprenticeships in Poland for foreign citizens, at least 40 vocational trainings (800 hours), 200 hours of coaching, at least 20 persons will get a position during/after the project.
