Injecting a project designed to create a process where immigrants and young people's knowledge and experience meet the foundry industry and the demands on professional skills for employment.

The project's target groups are:

- immigrants with insufficient knowledge of Swedish
- young people in secondary school programs IV jammed into the school system
- young people aged 18-25 who have not yet come out at work
- change occupation for preventing or reducing unemployment.
