Objectives to be achieved: Learning from other EU projects. Working with life long learning program. Contacts with Poland. Interkom is about competence. The aim is to find forms of collaboration, creating meeting places and increase the exchange between different performers, partners and others with interest. The project includes a basic program with customized training and four selectable development programs and forums in which performers, participants and cooperation partners can meet and exchange experiences with other projects - local, regional and transnational. In all, competence development is the common factor. The project's broad reference group consisting of representatives from 15 organizations will have impact on the establishment and spreading. 120 companies are planned to join with about 390 participants. Seven units from the community organization are planned to join with 70 participants. Total number of participants is estimated to 460.
