Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

We are developing a scenario including a set of tools to support trainers or training officers that provide in corporate training, to assist them in setting up workbased learning processes in teams. We didn’t find any similar experience in Flanders and are developing from zero. We want to compare and improve our scenario with similar tools abroad.

Objectives to be achieved: Export our expertise, testing our toolbox and methods together with similar organisations with the purpose to approve the toolbox and adapt it to foreign situations/cultureBuilding a firm network to initialize new projects in work place learning and  to disseminate and embed the results
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): •    To look for similar or related partners, which whom we can share our know how, experiences and that can implement our toolbox in order to improve and adapt the tools•    To ‘translate’ our scenario into other European languages and cultures•    To set up and accompany test runs of our systems in different labour organisations, in different contexts
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: •    A training methodology  supported by transnational  partners•    Embedded in different European countries.
