Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

It is an international network involving organizations and institutions from several countries to identify, evaluate and extend good practice in services in the travel industry in terms of specific tools (products) to solve the problems of target groups, but also a good practice on how to spread and promote best tools. With such international cooperation it is possible to search and analyze the best tools from different countries, the tools which are used successfully, to share these tools within the network, promote them also outside the thematic network, and possibly through the involvement of the local and regional policy to initiate appropriate changes in the policy and strategy implementation.

Objectives to be achieved: Creating of the innovation, demonstrating its functionality and feasibility, preparing the system to work and implementing it in practice.  To develop the professional potential of employees, experts, lecturers and educators in the process of good practice transfer (quality, efficiency, methods). To inform each other about the current trends in tourism services and to hand over experiences connected with good practice both on national and transnational level. To apply the acquired procedure of good practice in the frame of educational activities for  employees and to support the effectiveness of work with customers. Examples and methods of good practice to be used in direct work with customers. To support the cooperation between tourist service providers, to open the dialog on transnational and as well on national and regional level. To identify, share and evaluate innovative ideas, tools and strategies, mutual learning based on experience, know-how sharing, spreading and promotion of good practice, policies and strategies.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Management, monitoring and evaluation of the project Workshops, seminars, round tables for employees in tourist services International conference on topics of Quality and Efficiency of employees in tourist services Education of trainers "Good service in tourism" Field trips and monitoring „Good service in tourism“ Implementation of seminars for staff employed Final workshop conference Publishing of the book „Good service in tourism“
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: As the result of the project will be these activities realised:  two international conferences, four field trips, monitoring „Good service in tourism“, educated lecturers „Good service in tourism“ and the book „Good service in tourism“. Last but not least the result of the project will be: realised seminars for employed staff and final project workshop conference. The results will be preceded by four workshops, two seminars and five round tables for employees in the tourism.
