Objectives to be achieved: Increase efficiency and improve home care through better collaboration of different home care services New approach in delivering services to people in the homecare situation trough IT support facilitating and improving the work of the home care nurses
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): We want to .develop a method to increase the efficiency of the home care nurses. We want to help our partner to optimalise a good work-live balance and to learn from our foreign partner about how we can care out of the box We want to help our partner to adapt the stress measurer to the own regional situation and to help at the implementation
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: I T tool that improve & increase the efficiency of the home care staff by administrative burden Visual contact, permanent visibility The use of  IT technology Administrative support Integration of physiological parameters   Adapted stress measurer for the other region.
