The Institute for Local and Regional Democracy (ID) is the applicant organisation for the project. The partners in the project are Idea- & KnowledgeCentre in Kronoberg County (I&KC) from the disability movement, The Regional Council of southern Småland, The County Council of Kronoberg and The City of Växjö.

Objectives to be achieved: The overall objective of the project is to develop the level of competence as well as ensure the quality of competences, in the area of diversity, among employees within private companies, public actors and other organisations (employers) in Kronoberg County. The secondary objective of the project is to create a new tool called "Diversitycertification" to use on the mentioned actors. .
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): creating a new tool called "Diversitycertification" developing the level of competence as well as ensure the quality of competences, in the area of diversity, among employees within private companies, public actors and other organisations (employers) in Kronoberg County  
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC:   a new tool called "Diversitycertification" development of the level of competence as well as ensurance of the quality of competences, in the area of diversity, among employees within private companies, public actors and other organisations (employers) in Kronoberg County The project wishes to open the doors for the existing unique skills at the workplace and thereby contribute to better profit, transparency, efficiency and a network with positive relations to other actors within the market. The certification will be attractive for all actors in the labor market
