Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

PROBLEM identified during business operations of Partners is - Low competence in modern management among a number of SMEs managers, resulting in low competitiveness and innovativeness of SMEs.
Project assumes establishing cooperation with SME managers from Sweden focused on transfer and adaptation of good practice in Poland.
A platform shall be created allowing establishment of cooperation and exchange of experience between SMEs from Poland and Sweden.

Objectives to be achieved: Overall objective of Project: Obtaining knowledge and improving modern managerial skills of persons managing SMEs and adjustment of skills to the requirements of changing economy Detailed goals:1.Improving competences of entrepreneurs in the scope of adaptation to changes in economy by way of training in the following scope: - strategic planning - project management- sales management, negotiations and marketing- company finance management and H&R management- legal aspects of company operations- IT tools for company development2. Increasing accessibility to trainings and expert knowledge for entrepreneurs from selected area3. Promoting information society, ensuring communication over Internet platform.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners):    In particular the following products are planned under transnational cooperation: organizing conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings in the scope as defined in training programme; working on new common solutions for SME management. Project shall be implemented in the form of two-day trainings (8 theme blocks) provided by an expert and a trainer, in groups of max. 12 persons, once a month.During implementation of Project a dedicated website and Internet platform shall be made available.  It shall provide innovative methodology of trainings and a formula for exchange of information, in particular good practice, implemented by participants with the assistance of a trainer and an expert. Factual study of author's and innovative training material shall be prepared for the purpose of Project.Project shall be implemented in partnership - training provider, advisory company and the foundation.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Major results made possible due to transnational cooperation are: learning new solutions for modern strategic management; improving methodology of running SMEs; possibility of using ready solutions and good practice established by Swedish Partners; experience in building and management of partnership; establishment of functional network of cooperation of entrepreneurs. The crowning of Project shall be publication of good practices created during implementation of Project. Project shall be subject to ongoing evaluation, i.e. after each training / workshop / conference.
