Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
  • exchange of information, spread ideas and modular concepts for learning;
  • exchange of participants of tutorials and courses to strengthen their self-confidence and personality and to find their feet (act independently and find their way in life) – Integration through Exchange.
Objectives to be achieved: help young unemployed to find their way in life, a proper profession and/or a job; help socially deprived to get proper education for finding work or maintaining a job, help women on their way back to work after parental leave or to get proper work in general.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): organize internships in the frame of European programs, arrange accommodation (host families or hostels), arrange language courses and organize sightseeing and cultural events for young people; develop, test and spread contents for a blended-learning concept; collect information about the regional labour market and special needs there
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: help young people, women and socially deprived in general getting work without needing social benefit anymore; put heads together for new project ideas and concepts; using and continue developing a feasible blended-learning concept for vocational training and on-the-job training; have a big European network for different tasks and new projects.
