Objectives to be achieved: The model of planing and timetables of interrelated trainings, strategy of financial participation of local govt., employability institutions. The model of matching the market demand with the social/community needs and individual professional plans. Interrelation of training – to enable products delivered in first phases to be utilized as  input in subsequent creation of more elaborate products of more advanced trainings. System tested on the trainings on the production of basic materials for natural housing technologies (e.g. strawbale) and field stone roads construction.

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of expertise on models of crossectoral cooperation on the local/community level.Exchange of expertise on models of natural housing and other eco-technologies, and on on-the-job trainings for particular target groups (e.g. offenders/ex-offenders, persons with mental health problems).

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The system of trainings  tested e.g. on the natural housing methodology Training materials and technical documentation e.g. on strawbale techniques  for typical public utility  buildings, road construction plans and techniques on field stone basis. Database of local government branches and units that can participate in internships and trainings for exofferders, youths, reconvalescents, and others endangered by social exclusion. Legal and financial model for the organization of internships within labor employment creation institutions and local governments. Bilateral agreements between various actors – Local government, penal institututions, hospitals, youth centers – to facilitate trainings, internships, workshops and other forms of support. Programs of trainings, educational materials on Social economy, and creation of social entreprises. Cost effectiveness analisys for new strategy of trainings for employment creation institutions. Expansion and development of the infrastructure available for local government, positive environmental effect, professional advancement of participants, employment creation. Tested construction methods in natural housing and affordable housing infrastructure for local community.
