Social exclusion of the threat of social exclusion of the unemployed and employees planned for redundancy by the employer.
Motivation and self-confidence problems of social exclusion.
Lack of know-how in the enterprises concerning outplacement methodology, solutions and good practices.
Support for adaptation and modernization of local labor market.
Objectives to be achieved: Giving support for socially excluded or threatened by exclusion.Giving support for local enterprises having problems with redundancy and outplacement Providing the final beneficiaries with skills and tools in searching for job, retraining possibilities, professional activity.Improving and adopting qualifications to the needs of local economy with the use of good practices and innovative solutions of the Partner/Partnership.Finding/working out or adapting good practices in improving motivation and self-confidence of the final beneficiaries.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Setting up a Partnership and a knowledge-exchange forum for achieving the defined goals.Knowledge sharing and implementation of the achieved good practices. Working out together and implementing new solutions for the defined problems.Study visits, international seminars, conferences and trainings in order to observe the solutions of the Partners.Translating of the Partners’ training and information materials.Implementing Partners’ solutions at the local market.Employees exchanges and internships.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Opening and closing conference of the project.Setting up a Center of Skills and Motivation for the final beneficiaries aiming at implementing of the achievements of the Partnership to the Polish reality. Study visits, exchanges and internships for the final beneficiaries.Trainings for trainers in terms of the good practices in motivating and training of the final beneficiaries.Preparing and printing information and training materials of good practices and new solutions achieved within the Partnership.
