Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

To let the participants compare their jobs and their environment to others in Europe. Both by sharing their own experience at home but also to take part in other peoples daily work across Europe.

Objectives to be achieved: The general objective is to equip the participants working in public catering and cleaning services with good skills, strong professional pride and the conditions for a continued informal learning in their own working organization.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): To follow other professionals in the same profession to learn more and exchange ideas and working methods.Gender equality and non- discrimination principals are suppose to be a part of all the different stages in the project.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Planned outputs is to give the participants a better understanding in other professionals daily work and to let them share experience and exchange ideas to grow in their own working organization.  Pride and confidence in their work and themselves. Better equip to do a better job and create a safe working environment. Continue the informal learning in the working organization.
