Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Increase the potential of vocational education development through innovative educational solutions implementation for raising professional qualifications of teachers from upper secondary schools in the transnational partnership dimension.

Objectives to be achieved: Strengthening competence of teachers of practical apprenticeship in applying innovative, activating methods of education with using IT enabling individualization of teaching process, in particular  through methods and tools of the effective learning implementation.Preparing teachers for using e-learning and educational platform, applying activating teaching methods in working rooms and creating  development programmes for schools.Improving teachers abilities in the  field  psychological and pedagogic support, tutor’s training and stimulating activity of pupils.Ensuring teachers and  staff managing education with modern and tested solutions used in vocational education through the supranational component carried out as part of co-operation programme with foreign partner.Improving knowledge level of educational civil service employees in organization, management, financing and monitoring of educational activity.Added value: promotion of positive image of vocational education.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Training needs assessment among pedagogical and educational staff.International conference concerning new forms of teaching improvement in the vocational education sphere.Changes in vocational education-  international workshops.Staff visits with participation of entrepreneurs: good practices of cooperation education and business in both countries.Creating  interactive methodical  guidebook regarding  proposals for innovative form of teaching improvement in vocational education in two language versions.Increasing qualifications of teachers – postgraduate studies, qualification courses & other forms of teachers’ qualification improvement on both sides of the project partners (cogitable).
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Experience and good practices exchange between project partners through courses, trainings etc.
