Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

DANMAR COMPUTERS, within the framework of potential cooperation with British partners, is willing to undertake the realisation of actions: preparation and execution of a study visit, elaboration of a good practice handbook in the field of implementation of modern ICT technologies and technical skills in the daily lives of professional workers (and management board also) in manufacturing industry, exchange of experiences and to identify the key tasks to enable workers to enhance skills employees and potential employees, as a response to the needs addressed by employers.

Objectives to be achieved: DANMAR COMPUTERS wants to apply for funding of the project within the Operational Programme Human Capital, measure 8.1.1. The added value of the project will be the utilisation of good foreign practices in the field of implementation of ICT and technical skills in vocational training of workers and management board. Joint development of the most beneficial path of acting towards decreasing the market distance of employers and employees may appear a key factor that will not only foster the vocational development of employees, but also will improve the opportunities for employment of the unemployed.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): DANMAR COMPUTERS, within the framework of potential cooperation with British partners, is willing to undertake the realisation of actions: preparation and execution of a study visit, elaboration of a good practice handbook in the field of implementation of modern ICT technologies and technical skills in the daily lives of professional workers (and management board also) in manufacturing industry, exchange of experiences and to identify the key tasks to enable workers to enhance skills employees and potential employees, as a response to the needs addressed by employers.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Project added value, as a result of international cooperation, may be defined by the exchange of experience related to the process of employees’ competence adaptation to labour market requirements in a way, that will allow to decrease the market gap between the employers and employees thanks to the use of modern ICT technologies and technical skills. The opportunity to take advantage of the transnational partners experience (in this case Great Britain) would be valuable in terms of their implementation on the Polish market.
