Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

What skills are developed in other countries? Which learning environments have they developed for lifelong learning at the workplace level? Can we jointly develop the skills in language, technology, etc.? How do we take care of our new networks for development? What benefit can we have of each other? What are the benefits for the employees to work transnational? Can the company get more opportunities to new markets and get excellence?

Objectives to be achieved: The purpose and goal is to get answers to the questions above and workplaces may be able to compare / "benchmark" themselves and that they get an international perspective in their work.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transnational co-operation also involves a development, efficiency and growth for participating businesses. They may have more opportunities to new markets and competence. It can also mean the creation of conditions for new contacts. At the individual level, it will primarily focus on sharing knowledge and experiences through field trips to gain new perspectives on what you do and that can be done in different ways. It is also about building networks and takes advantage of "best practices" / methods that can be implemented in their workplace. The Project Manager will work with the steering committee to appoint a transnational working group to establish contacts and prepare visits and cooperation platforms. The project team will continuously disseminate results and experiences to the community and business leaders for feedback and further development. The cooperation will be done both physically and virtually.
