Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The transnational cooperation will gives us opportunity to work with European environment, possibility to exchange of experiences and good practices. We can bring on ours market, good innovative solutions and methods of work and employment.

Objectives to be achieved: General/detailed objectives: Development of preventive programmes adapted to the needs of specific groups of employees,in particular oriented at reducing the occurrence of occupational diseases, Development of programmes oriented at return to work of specific groups of employees with diagnosed occupational diseases, Implementation of selected programmes. Increasing the involvement of social partners in measures aimed at improving the adaptation potential of enterprises and employees, and at increasing work productivity; Studies and analyses concerning forecasting and active management of economic change on a national level.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Project will include: partners – the project pursues joint activities with a partner from a different country (a Member State of the European Union); operations – the project implements eligible activities: organization of conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings, research and analysis activities, preparation, translation and publication of studies and reports, adaptation of solutions developed in another country, consulting, exchange of workers, placements and study visits, development of new solutions, exchange of information and experiences; the possibility of exchange of experiences and good practices (a broader choice for project participants); parallel development of novel solutions; joint development of a product or system (division of tasks leading up to a common goal);
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Expected outcomes: % share of occupational diseases for which preventive programmes and programmes for helping in returning to work were prepared, % share of employees, who found a job, established own economic activity, continued their employment in the previous workplace within 6 months after completing participation in the project, – to the total number of employees, who completed participation in projects, % share of enterprises, which invest in training of employees to total number of active companies. Added value– demonstration of real added value resulting from transnational cooperation.
