EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIONS – implementation and testing programme of modern vocational training methods in Podlaskie Voivodship

Objectives to be achieved: The overall objective of the project is to create and test and finally implement 9 innovative model solutions for  modernizing and upgrading the Vocational Training Offer in the area of Podlaskie Voivodship until March 2013. The overall objective of the project will be achieved through the following particular objectives:  1. The identification of new methods of modernisation of vocational training offers with particular focus on training method qualification certifications and methods of vocational career planning and detailed solutions DSK, MES and DOZ Best Practice,2. Adaptation, analysis and assessment of Best Practice identified in partner countries (D,F,S)  from the point of view of implementation in Podlaskie Voivodship within the scope presented in point 1 during the special training session „Study visit – Best Practice” in Spain, Germany and France. 3. Description of identified Best Practice with implementation recommendations prepared jointly with transnational partners within the training session expressed in point 2 in the form of a publication „Innovative Methods of Modernisation of Educational Offer based on Spanish, German, French Best Practice”.   

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The project will be implemented with the contribution of the transnational partners who has considerable experience with introducing, testing and implementing best Practices within vocational training. The proposed solutions should limit the barriers and satisfy the needs within the 3 problem areas (PA) concerning: methods of vocational training, methods of qualifications certification and methods of vocational counseling and vocational orientation in the vocational training system. The potential for adapting European best Practices and solutions in Podlaskie Voivodship will be tested and verified within the project with a particular focus on the Model of Dual Training (DSK), the Model of Flexible Qualifications Certification (MES) and the Model of Vocational Career Planning (DOZ).

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The following results and products are planned to be achieved according to the abovementioned objectives under the established transnational co-operation:1.  Publication: „Innovative Methods of Modernisation of Educational Offer based on German Best Practice” prepared with the contribution of transnational partner and by the project leader in Poland, in 200 copies for  future users in Podlasie Voivodship.2.  Publication: „Innovative Methods of Modernisation of Educational Offer based on French Best Practice” prepared with the contribution of transnational partner and by the project leader in Poland, in 200 copies for  future users in Podlasie Voivodship.3.  Publication: „Innovative Methods of Modernisation of Educational Offer based on Spanish Best Practice” prepared with the contribution of transnational partner and by the project leader in Poland, in 200 copies for  future users in Podlasie Voivodship.
