Trainees in health care organisations become demotivated during their internship. Many workers also are demotivated and leave their healthcare organisation for other sectors.
The insufficient coaching of their managers is an important cause of their demotivation.
We like to learn from the Netherlands (ZorgSaam vzw) how they organize the education of their nursing managers concerning coaching of their workers.

Objectives to be achieved: More workers and more trainees are motivated to keep working in the health care because their well coached.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Import project from best practices in the Netherlands in this domain.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: A tool to select the right profiles to become a people manager and to offer them some modules to become a good coach for their care workers.
