Objectives to be achieved: Working Life Needs Rehabilitees! Mood For Work – project aims to make people with limited ability to work a potential labour for enterprises. In order to get all skilful persons to work we need a new supported employment model which is easy for employers to use. Social objective is to decrease social exclusion and labour shortage through improved employment processes and decrease dead zones in services. Transnational cooperation is an efficient tool to intensify European level discussion and cooperation in the field of employment of vulnerable employment groups. Partnership thinking is very important approach in Mood For Work –project and transnational cooperation would support the international partnership building process. Multi-cultural training sessions, conferences and seminars organized in different countries would offer a working forum for exchange of ideas and findings. Case studies and best practices would find target audience among the international participants working in the field. Mood For Work –project will publish research and service material package also in English so the international project partners would play a key role in the dissemination process as well. Collaborating with international project partners would also help to improve the multi-cultural communication and development skills of the participants. This know-how will also help us to answer for future challenges. Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): finding new partners sharing same visions finding partners for future joint research and development projects  networking in international level would give new ideas and solution       models increasing international visibility of the project (e.g. publication(s) in English) how to decrease social exclusion Employer Counselling. Main target group in Mood For Work –project consists of employers. Another target group is expert organizations working in the field of supported employment and rehabilitation. Employers and recruiters will be offered personal counselling in working places (case management). Rehabilitation and employment organizations, employers and rehabilitees work together (networking) to make the employment process fluent (service development).
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Increased knowledge and successful examples play a key role in reaching the win-win attitude. Creating practical tools for employment processes is important both for enterprises, rehabilitees and public economy. Employing a rehabilitee is an investment for the future.
