Objectives to be achieved: Achieving professional competences and skills according to European standards Professional activation of rural young people Acquainting young people with modern marketing tools used in different jobs Increasing professional activity of students Confronting and comparing theoretical and practical knowledge and getting acquainted to technological innovations Fulfilling by students their professional trainings according to approved by the Ministry of Education school curricula School promotion and enriching its own curriculum Promoting creativity and independence of students
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Recruiting the participants of professional trainings and study visits Cultural, linguistic and pedagogical preparation to visits – 60 units of classes at school Linguistic preparation for teachers taking part in the program, who do not speak English – 40 units of classes at school Four-week students` stays on professional trainings in professions such as: car mechanic, agriculture business technician, building technician Seven-day study visit for teachers to meet employers abroad Presentation of the effects achieved during professional trainings abroad and study visits in local society and the media
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Getting Europass-Mobility certificates confirming professional trainings and duties, recognised by employers in the EU Acquainting with the vocational school system function rules in EU and with methods of function of companies International integration of young people Fulfilling professional trainings Getting to know customs, rules and traditions in different regions of Europe
