Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Nuevo K2 directs to unemployed with ages of 16-64. The target group is dependent on social welfare or risking alienation and social exclusion for several times. The aim of the project is to find new methods and strategies for the target group to get nearer work or studies and to make the cooperation between community agencies better. The transnational cooperation is one of the ways to find methods and strategies to reach our aim.

Objectives to be achieved: Learn new methods and strategies.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Visit other projects working with the same target group or parts of it and with same goal and also get visits from people working on the same theme.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Get better results.
