Residents of small, rural communities may realize the importance of basic education for their children but are unable to provide adequate academic training with their own resources. Therefore, the project answers the need to develop appropriate teaching methods of social competences of youth from the rural areas (age 15-24), who remain excluded from the system of education and labour market. Moreover, the educational opportunities in rural areas are often impractical and unrelated to the daily requirements of the community. Therefore there is a need for more practical and imaginative methods to stimulate learning, and encourage parents to assist in seeking further education for their children. We strongly believe, that gaining support to create international links allowing the exchange of knowldge between different institutions will have a positive influence on the social development of the youth, being at highest risk of exclusion.
