Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The project's aim of transnational cooperation is to create interfaces with other projects in Europe working on similar problems, image, target and method. By meeting other projects, the aim of Jobbreadys interaction is primarily to increase the exchange of knowledge, experience and ability to initiate any exchange of students. A further aim of the transnational work is to spread Jobbreadys approach and activities to other countries and projects in order to reduce alienation and isolation of the target group in other countries.

Objectives to be achieved: Jobbreadys general objectives: Increase social inclusion Improve participants social skills and abilities Reduce social exclusion Make participants ready for work – Job ready Creating work opportunities Provide work experience Coach participants in the placement Increased collaboration between government agencies Create new approach to youngsters and dropouts
