Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
The main problem is an absence of specialists on the whole European labour market. We should give to the young pupils the options to find out by themselves, what a job is good for them and for their future. Education and vocational trainings with experienced coaches help them by the right choice of the right profession.
Objectives to be achieved: The pupils have good knowledge and overview about the professions and the labour market. Then they also reflected and checked out their hard and soft skills needed on the labour market. So they can make right decision and find right job for their future. So they can better plan their career. The Entrepreneurs have motivated young workers, who are happy and sure with their career choice.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Train the trainer by transfer innovative instruments, which should be used by vocational orientation like profiling and vocational training for young pupils.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Career plans for young pupils, who participated in the project Instruments and checklists using by coaches during the vocational trainings
