Due to the scale of innovation of the active policy model which is one of the main products of the project and  the project itself as well as the lack of similar solutions in Poland there is an urge for knowledge and experience exchange with foreign partners with longer and bigger experience in the area of implementing innovative solutions  in social policy.

Objectives to be achieved: Exchange of experience and knowledge in the area of social innovation especially in public administration, as well as innovating approach to solving major social issues and preventing social exclusion, successful cooperation between administration and NGOs, innovative  methods of analysing the costs of active policy tasks.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): International delegations and educational visits to different types of foreign institutions such as non-profit organizations, research institutes, local governmental councils and many more.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Increasing the knowledge and experience of local government administration as well as institutions that execute the tasks of social policy which will contribute to faster, more efficient and more effective implementation of social innovation in Polish local government administration in the area of social policy.Increasing the awareness about the meaning and the urge of change in local governments functioning in Poland by pointing good examples of social innovation abroad.Widening the potential and the chance of developing a stable international partnership between the institutions that execute the tasks of social policy which will enhance the effectiveness and motivation to implement social innovation in the field of social policy in Poland.
