Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

A low level of social capital of young people from rural areas of Warmia and Mazury region affects social exclusion and youth unemployment. The project has created a tool to socio-professional mobilization which uses the social capital.
The transnational cooperation assumes implementation of effective solutions used in other countries to the developed product.

Objectives to be achieved: Increasing opportunities for social revitalization of young people from rural areas.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): As a part of the cooperation there are expected seminars, study visits, knowledge and experience exchange ("think thank") leading to the development of a common product or adapting partner’s solutions.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Development of tools/methods supporting the building process of social capital of young people from rural areas who were excluded from the labor market and the education system.
