Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Regarding to the problems suffered by strategic sectors in several regions, it is necessary to identify them by local and international experts and select the common factors in the same industries/sectors and different regions (from different countries in EU).
Objectives to be achieved:
Identify sectorial problems in the economy of the strategic;
Identify the economic trends from every sector (more requested services, production closing up, etc…);
Analyse potential solutions by selecting best practices in other countries with previous and similar experiences.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners):
Identification of key problems;
Identification of similar situations abroad;
Select best practices and knowledge transfer;
Adaptation to the local reality.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC:
The main products would be focused in two points:
Providing experienced solutions to on-going problems in Poland. Taking in consideration already solved situations and its implication into the Polish reality;
Implement educational strategies to transform professional capabilities related to new unemployed people, according to the new sectorial demand.
