Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

In Poland we have problem with transition of young people from school/university live to labourer market. We have to find  new ways to make that process  easier and faster for them, implement new model of the career counselling
From our international partners. We like to gain knowledge about training and practice systems in other countries to improve ours or implement them in our   region.

Objectives to be achieved: Enhance the quality of education in vocational schools while increasing the professional competence of its students and teachers; increase in attractive forms of practical knowledge transfer through training abroad, study visits , career counseling, employee exchange.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners):   The project involves the implementation of transnational cooperation on the basis of one of the following models: -the parallel development of innovative solutions -import, export and adaptation of new solutions to  situation -joint creation of a product or system. In the country of the partner we want to see: the methods of training of young people; system of counselling; by placements/practice learning the practical side of the profession.  
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Development and implementation of new model of vocational education, that would be result of  international cooperate with partners and  helping  young to gain more real live professional  experience in vocational   school.  Through that we will make the transition of young people to labourer market faster and easier.
