Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Long term unemployed and socially disadvantaged  people are at the risk of losing self esteem, self confidence and party practical skills, in the proposed project an exchange of target group members from different countries should happen.

Objectives to be achieved: Increasing job motivation, enrichment of the personal CV of the target group members, enrichment of soft skills such as language knowledge and intercultural competences, improvement of the employability of the target group, increase in flexibility and mobility of the target group, skilled staff  to meet the challenges of the labour market to overcome lack of staff.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of target group members, exchange of stakeholder of labour market activities (study visits).
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Guidelines (quality guide lines), good practises guide (success stories on integration by Exchange), higher integration rate into the labour market,  improved coaching concepts, better job orientation, downsized unemployement.

  • SMEs (between 50 and 250 employees)
  • Administration (public entities including Public Employment services, education and training institutions)
