Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Long-term unemployment leads to decreasing activity, mobility and motivation. Self-confidence and self-esteem are weakened. Chances on the labor market fall. The impact is particularly strong among disadvantaged people. A stay abroad as part of a training program is a great tool to reduce the negative effects. The opportunities and prospects for disadvantaged people improve considerably.

Objectives to be achieved: National programs that allow transnational collaboration in this field must be identified. Requirements for programs or calls and to the participating promoters must be determined. The responsibilities of the project partners in the preparation, implementation and follow the transnational exchange must be defined. Existing good experiences and practices need to be used for future cooperation.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transnational exchange activities for specified target groups; Exchange of experiences and good practices of local partners and experts in a transnational network; Determining the period of the content and goals of study abroad through the transnational partners.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Measurable better chances of disadvantaged people in the labor market; Viable networks for good transnational cooperation between different partners in the participating regions; Improvement of the quality of vocational training for disadvantaged people; Establishment of stays abroad as training component for disadvantaged people and as an instrument of local labor market policy.
