Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The target group in our project is individuals with mental health problems or disabilities of different kinds, who are far from labour or at risk of long-term sickness. Our goal is to create effective methods so that persons with disabilities can support themselves partially of fully through work or education. We also want to find new forms and methods for cooperation between authorities to support the target group to find work or education. Another focus is on youths who are not in education, employment or training. In our project we create possibilities for the target group to do training on the labour market in another European country.

We want to learn from other projects how they work with these questions.

Objectives to be achieved: We want to exchange experiences in order to develop effective methods of rehabilitation with labour in focus, for individuals with mental health problems or disabilities of different kinds. We are looking for partners for us to be able to create opportunities for the target group to have work training, for a short period of time, on the labour market in another European country.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Through seminars and workshops with representatives from similar projects in other countries we want to share and to get knowledge of successful methods. The transnational part of our project is already implemented within the project and the target group for the transnational part is mainly participants, unemployed youths between 16-29 years old.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: To share knowledge and exchange ideas of how to support individuals with mental health problems or disabilities of different kinds to find ways back to work or studies. Also to cooperate transnationally about youths not in education, employment or training.  To share experiences and learn from other projects and to develop successful methods for the future.
