Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Creation of e-learning platform for distance teaching of people with sight dysfunction, working out methodology for  preparation of educational materials for that purpose and writing educational materials for conducting e-learning for participants of vocational courses and post-secondary education students.

Objectives to be achieved: Learning about the experience and solutions in the area of e-learning implemented in the  Scandinavian countries (Sweden, for example) or Great Britain.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of good practices and solutions in the area of distance learning of blind and partially-sighted people.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Standardization of tools for e-learning of people with sight disability, elaboration of e-lerning courses for blind and visually impaired people.
