“Schools of new possibilities – modernization of vocational training”

Problems: small experience in the vocational training in the profession of  renewable energy devices and systems technician; there are no patterns to the effective use of renewable energy laboratory; no national centers where students could make traineeships. The introduction of new profession is associated with little experience in the teaching profession. Participation in workshops and exchange of good practices with partner from abroad will improve the competence of teachers and better prepare for the transfer of the content taught. Managers and teachers will acquire knowledge in organizing workshops and effective management of available resources. Foreign visits will allow us to customize training to meet European standards. Transnational cooperation will contribute to the popularization of the profession in the local environment, and thus may encourage economic initiatives related to energy efficiency.
Cooperation established with foreign employers will: offer of a place to expand apprenticeships, youth exchanges, breaking down the barriers of communication and social change.
