Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Vocational teachers and instructors in Poland don’t possess knowledge and abilities required on the educational services market, which experiences decreasing number of pupils in vocational schools, and labour market, that forces increased prevalence of lifelong learning. That knowledge concerns, among others, learning strategies focused on adults and knowledge of new technical means in learning.
Objectives to be achieved: Improving techniques and programmes that aim to effectively equip vocational teachers in new knowledge and abilities, useful in the contemporary educational services market, especially in area of lifelong learning, andragogy and modern technical means in learning.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Study visits, conferences, training sessions for instructors, creating new educational programmes for vocational teachers.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Educational programmes and methods directed at retraining vocational teachers.
