„Professional and social activation of people at risk of social exclusion".

Objectives to be achieved: 1. The project is aimed at the socio-professional activation of people threatened by social exclusion. It will take two years and it will be conducted on the basis of the support methods adapted from foreign institutions. Detailed objectives:2. Within two years, testing and adopting solutions worked out on unemployed people – specifying and implementing solutions for socio-professional reintegration from the country which succeeded in this field.3. Within two years, ensure increase in employment of people at risk of social exclusion4. Within two years, gain professional skills enabling to take up jobs5. Within two years, gain social skills enabling a socio-professional inclusion of people threatened by social exclusion in the Silesian voivodeship.

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): 1. Organization of conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings;2. Conducting research and analysis;3. Preparation, translation and publications, studies, reports;4. Adapting solutions developed in other countries;5. Counseling, staff exchanges, internships, study visits;6. Developing new solutions.

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The scope of the transnational cooperation includes the following products: - conferences (the opening conference: Adaptation of New Forms and Methods of Individual and Environmental Support for the Socio-Professional Integration of the Groups which Became Socially Excluded – the Presentation of Reintegration Instruments, and the dissemination of the adapted methods: New Methods of Socio-Professional Reintegration of the Socially Excluded People – The Presentation of Social Services Overcoming Barriers in Returning to the Labour Market),-  workshops – The reintegration instruments for the environment of the socially excluded,-  seminars for the environment of the persons threatened by social exclusion,- publications “New methods of the Socio-Professional Reintegration of the Groups Socially Excluded” and the post-conference volume: “Adaptation of New Forms and Methods of Individual and Environmental Support for the Socio-Professional Integration of the Groups Excluded Socially – the Presentation of Reintegration Instruments”- Counseling, staff exchanges, internships, study visits.
