Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Exclusion of children and parents from the local community because of poverty and helplessness.  Lack of awareness of the need for early school education among parents.

Objectives to be achieved: Build the network of partners who work for the benefit of families at risk of social exclusion. Create a project in Comenius Program.Get to know good practices of European countries in the subject of exclusion. Exchange good practices.Acquire knowledge and skills from English Partner for project which is implementing now.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): We introduce the new task in the project which is realized:New Era EN - Enjoyment / Responsibility / Awareness - we learn good English practice – organization of events for migrant familiesNew Era PL – Ecology / Recreation / Art – they get to know our practice: organization of events for local community.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Teachers, children and their parents will achieve skills for cooperation with 3 sectors.Children will develop 8 key’s competences, especially in IT and foreign languages.Products : 1 new project, 2 exchange, film about good practices, publication of good practices Products will be presented on training for teachers and officials , publications will be disseminated: electronic version-  in net, paper’s version – on training  provided by NGOs and teacher training center.
