Our participants are very mobile group and for easier repatriation we need to cooperate with authorities and organizations in another EU countries.
Objectives to be achieved: Well-functioning network of different authorities and NGO:s working to help homeless or newcomers from very deprived areas and countries seeking survival. Cooperation/Social innovation/Creating learning environment; Sharing information in order to bring up transnational responsibility.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): New methods, exchange of knowledge etc.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Main goal is to counteract social and economic exclusion in Sweden, Northern countries and in the participant’s home countries; Introduction of an innovative working method on strategist level.
