Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Iter project work with inclusion and mobility for unemployed youth (Youth with fewer opportunities). Iter combine ESF with the programme for Youth in Action creating a method for inclusion including voluntary service in an European country. Iter aims to create new partnerships with organisations that work with the same target group and has a genuine understanding of the target group unemployed youth with sometimes different disabilities that are in risk of exclusion from society.

Objectives to be achieved: Objectives are to create new partnerships, greater understanding of the social inclusion in an international arena and to look in to other ways to apply for funding of the mobility part in the project.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Create new partnerships with organisations that work with the same target group.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: To make new contacts on a European arena, get new knowledge concerning how to use the transnational funding through ESF to be applicable in project Iter and mobility for the target group (participants).
