Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Young people do not learn and do not work, there is no motivation to work and to learn. There is little awareness among parents, because young people do not have support at home. In other countries, such as Sweden, are also similar problems. We want to solve them together - to develop new, not used yet a solution, but effective. Have failed so far in Poland to find effective solutions in this area.
We have experience as a staff in working with socially excluded young people in the design of the Human Capital 7.2.1. We want this experience to use in the next project.
Objectives to be achieved: The aim of the project is the social and professional reintegration of young people aged 15-24: Raising the level of knowledge and intellectual and physical development; To prepare young people to thrive in society; Increase awareness of young people about their competence; Increasing the employability of young people; Proper use of occupational preferences and skills of young people at work.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Common exchange of experience (study visits) and the parallel development of solutions.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Meet and exchange experience of working with young people; Joint development of new solutions; Development and implementation of new solutions to work with socially excluded young people in Poland and Sweden; To achieve the planned objectives.
