Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Our target group are long-term unemployed and inactive zawodowooraz mentally ill or having problems due to their relation to work, mental retardation, etc. People do not belong to our project. We are going to counteract high unemployment among people with disabilities, increase the activity of the niepełnosrpawnością. Our goal is to increase employment among people with disabilities and retraining them.

Objectives to be achieved: We aim to increase the employment in the group of persons with disabilities and retraining them.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Study visits, workshops and seminars aimed at developing joint solutions to increase the employment of people with disabilities, development of publications.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: We intend to: motivate 40 people with disabilities to become active, to develop career paths for project participants. The share of persons with disabilities in vocational training, work for a period of at least 20% of the participants in the project, the development of international cooperation in the field of methods in the activation of the disabled.
