Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Youth clubs in Mazovia region have very limited scope of activities related to life skills development and employability skills. Most of the clubs are focused on school problems support. We would like to develop new models of work for youth clubs focused on vocational training (professional courses like computers, photography etc.) and social skills training (psychological support, employment skills, youth community projects). Target group of the project are young people aged 15-24 at social risk (usually not in education, training or employment).

Objectives to be achieved: To create new educational modules of social and work integration for young people who attend to the youth clubs on the basis of transnational cooperation.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): study visits; employee exchanges; seminars.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: To create new educational modules of social and work integration for young people who attend to the youth clubs on the basis of transnational cooperation; To implement test version of the module in 4 youth clubs in Mazovia region; To disseminate final version of the module among 50 % of youth clubs from Mazovia region (80 youth clubs).
